Brides, please read the following information prior to filling out the booking form.

  • The earliest start time available for hair styling services is 6am
  • A non refundable retainer of 50% is required for all bookings and it goes towards the cost of services you receive on your wedding day.
  • Travel is available a maximum of 1.5 hours from Toronto.
  • While I attend to all my brides myself, for parties of 5 or more people, a second stylist is required. Second stylist fee, travel, and parking will be extra for an additional stylist. If a second artist is required for makeup the same rules apply.

Do you have a min booking amount?

My minimum booking amount is $800 + travel fee and applies to Friday and Saturday bookings in May-October.

DO YOU BRING AN ASSISTANT WITH YOU?

For larger bridal parties of 5 or more people a second stylist is required to assist.

DO YOU CHARGE AN EARLY START FEE? 

Yes, all bookings that start before 7am are charged an early start fee of $75/hr per artist.

HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER AMOUNT?

A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable retainer amount is required immediately after the contract is signed. This is deducted from the invoice amount.

HOW LONG DO YOU REQUIRE FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES ON THE WEDDING DAY?

On average, bridal hair requires 2 hrs and bridesmaids/moms/guests require 1 hr. Bridal makeup requires 1.5 hrs and bridesmaids/ moms/guests require 1 hr. If bridal party members require hair extensions to be installed, you’ll need an extra 15 minutes per person. 30 mins is also added to the end for touch ups, wedding party hair and makeup pictures + clean up.

DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL AND PARKING FEES?

The bride is responsible for covering all travel and parking fees. Travel rates are calculated at $1/km round trip from our home studio in North York, Ont

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING AFTER I RESERVE MY DATE?

You can add on additional hair styling or makeup services at a later date but you cannot cancel those you have already booked. I suggest that you do not include anyone in your inquiry if they have not yet confirmed they want service(s) If the “getting ready time” needs to be adjusted you can make a request and and BWB will do their best to make the proper adjustments.

How do I reserve my wedding date?

Step 1: Submit your inquiry form

Step 2: If we are available, I’ll prepare and send you a personalized quote and contract

Step 3: To secure the booking, a signed contract and 25% deposit is required

Step 4: Once your date is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with more information and next steps

Can I use hair extensions?

Yes! The use of clip-in hair extensions is highly recommended for brides with thin or fine hair. A good amount of the looks that are showcased on social media these days have extensions. Even the updos.
